Feel the Magic of Our Community

On this retreat

You will learn the tools to carefully discern and determine what needs a shift in your life. What stays and what goes and what gets invited in. These tools will allow you to build deep awareness of your body and spirit, connection and re-connection to your inner wisdom, and learn new ancient practices that allow you to uplift your health and hormonal balance. These are powerful tools to take with you into your life after the retreat. They will allow you to meet the challenges of your life and this world with greater fortitude, joy, and resilience. The support of a circle of wisdom and care is so vital for living in difficult times.

Transformation and embodiment will be aided by expert guidance and a carefully developed program that integrates yogic practices – pranayama, mudra and movement along with sound healing through music, and workshops on hormonal health, ayurvedic self-care practices, neuroscience, food/spices as medicine as well as immersion in nature and sweat lodge practice.

Praise for Radiance and Rhythm

The Radiance and Rhythm retreat was a highlight of 2024 for me. Learning, laughing, and moving with Dr. Geeta, Hemalayaa, and all the other women helped me reconnect to my body, mind, spirit and life purpose while getting to create new friendships and memories. Even now, months later, back at home, the experience is still unfolding in my every day life in subtle and surprising ways. So glad I said yes. -Emily
I was lucky enough to participate in a Radiance and Rhythm Retreat at Embody with a virtual brain trust of successful women at the top of their career games. We arrived a pretty tightly-wound-up lot, but between the meditations, workshops, yoga, dance, sweat lodge, Ayurvedic teachings — not to mention the incredible food! — within a day or so we were all blissed out, emptied of stress and the outside world, and ready to fill ourselves up with positive energy. Hemalayaa and Dr. Geeta were an incredible team who balanced just the right amounts of education, information, and relaxation, along with personal attention and time for laughter and connection, to make this a blissful experience.

Embody Costa Rica is a beautiful place to enjoy the best of what there is — with a huge yoga shala, a labyrinth, winding walkways, and colorful lights at night, a great sound system (thanks, DTO!), and so much more, it is a magical place to attend — or host — a retreat. Highly recommended!

I am still relishing the memory of my incredible experience at the Embody Retreat in Costa Rica. Hema and Geeta curated a truly spirit elevating journey that integrated each of their distinct areas of expertise. Their combined knowledge is expansive and the unique space they created at Embody was one that not only uniquely elevated and restored each of us in the individual ways we needed but also invited us into beautiful collective experiences as well. The setting was breathtaking, the food divine, and the opportunity to suspend the pressures and demands that define our lives and just let go for a bit was such a gift. The best part is that the program is also designed to give you concrete practices and skills to take back and integrate into your daily life. Don’t hesitate. Grab a spot while you can.

The curated daily program is built to bring about a new psychological and physiological state so the seeds we planted together will take root and grow, nourishing you to move into a new way of moving through the world. While you will have time on this retreat for massages and plenty of rest and reflection, you will also be guided through teachings of Ayurvedic herbalism, yogic practices like pranayama and mudra, and dance exploration of joy and play that is far deeper than a superficial concept of wellness… and can lead to lasting change.
