Tantra is about embracing the tension of the polarities of life that can’t be ignored. Here in Costa Rica, we call it the “loudest paradise on earth”, because of all the sounds created by the roosters, dogs, wind, rain, wind, crickets, and birds. Our shared spaces include a yoga deck, many meditation & hammock spots, a swing, and a labyrinth. Each Thursday, we can pick up some organic harvest from the Farmers Market.
You will be staying in beautiful houses, most of which are walking distance from our camp. Those who are further away can use our shuttle/driver and/or 4-wheeler as transportation.

Hello, I’m Hemalayaa.
For the past 22 years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of individuals through transformative healing retreats. As a spiritual teacher, coach, yogini, and Ayurvedic practitioner, I’ve witnessed firsthand the challenges and triumphs that come with life’s major transitions.
Whether you’re navigating a divorce, becoming an empty nester, shifting careers, or moving to a new place, I understand that these pivotal moments can be both exhilarating and overwhelming. Like many of you, I’ve learned that passionate self-care and daily spiritual practices are essential for maintaining balance and vitality during times of change.
But sometimes, we all need more…
Despite decades of meditation, yoga, dance, and other wellness practices, I’ve experienced moments of feeling energetically drained – like a deep dehydration after journeying through the Sahara. It’s in these moments that I’ve learned to truly listen to the wisdom of my body, recognizing when it’s time to pause and replenish my core energy before stepping into the next chapter of life.
I’ve discovered that at least once a year, I need a weeklong “reset” in the form of a retreat, for sacred inward reflection, connection (with self and community), and inspiration to get my creativity flowing again. These retreats have become my sanctuary for embodiment practices that replenish my core energy reserves and prepare me for whatever new adventure life has in store.

Nikki Nachum
Nikki is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice living in Los Angeles, CA. Her practice specializes in mind body connection, inner child work and generational trauma. She’s in love with movement and dancing and every Saturday she is a part of a free form dance class that has become a ritual in her life. She will meet you in both play and the depths and is a sensual movement practitioner. She’s an avid traveler, a proud auntie and a double Libra.

Jen Booker is deeply devoted to the Yogic path of the heart. She is a meditation teacher, movement facilitator and practicing Yoga Therapist. Her home base is the Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, California. Two of her deepest loves: ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and Kundalini Yoga. Jen embodies Heart-Centered living-in rhythm with nature, in love with life itself. Her energy is patient, playful, liberated and authentic. Co-creating and connecting with Soul Family like you is her greatest joy. It is Jen’s heart-felt desire to elevate awareness of our Infinite Potential so we may live our most vibrant expression of life NOW… and light up as many hearts as possible!

Grace is a Midwestern Mama who has always worn many hats. She started a career in fine dining and pastry as a teenager and remains passionate about food, wine, and regenerative farming. True to her Sagittarian spirit, she is a world traveler, musician, and amateur philosopher. Current obsessions include hot yoga, CBD, and Timothee Chalamet. She is absolutely delighted to be on this journey of transformation and connection with all of you!

Q: Is there a cancellation policy?
A: Unforeseen circumstances can affect international travel. Our policy is that we will hold your deposit for you to use at a future retreat.

Q: I am planning to stay and travel around Costa Rica after the retreat. Do you have suggestions of places close by to visit?
A: So many places, so depending on where you’d like to go; beaches, mountains, hots prings….we are centrally located in Atenas, and you can get to these other destinations within 1-3 hours drive. We can arrange a rental car or private driver for you…lot’s to discuss to support your desires, book a call and we can talk further.
Q: My flight leaves early in the morning and I’m thinking of staying in San Jose the night before. Do you have suggestions on where to stay?

And, we are only 30 minutes from the SJO airport, and if you can avoid staying in San Jose, we say, ‘stay in Atenas’ 🙂
Q: How are you taking precautions to stay safe during COVID?
A: We are suggesting everyone start working on their immune system with vitamins and supplements within 15-20 days of arriving.

Sample Itinerary
DAY 1
Retreat begins with an Embody Movement Session, Dinner and Opening Circle. Check in 1 pm, 1st session begins 4 pm.
DAY 2
A day of Movement, Embodiment Practices to Begin the Release of what we don’t need, Massage (optional, additional price) and Meditation – with an evening fire!
DAY 3
We’ll open with Movement and Meditation, then set off for a day trip to the Waterfall. Returning for Lunch with the Private Chef. All food is catered for throughout the day.
DAY 4
Today we’ll take a trip into our central town, and in the afternoon really dive deep into your Dharma – we’ll workshop your Soul’s Calling, while still finding time to unwind in a hammock!
DAY 5
Movement and Meditation session is followed by a deep dive into your EMBODY Leadership skills. Enjoying the serene mountains of the Central Valley. Practice meditation in a place that is the loudest paradise on earth – thats real tantra!
DAY 6
Our final EMBODY Session for Confidence and Empowerment is woven around lots of pool time, nap time, fun time and food time! Closing Circle will complete the retreat – connecting you with yourself and your community as you prepare for your onward journey.
